Constitution
Khanya is registered under the Societies Act, 1966. Its constitution defines membership, leadership, accountability and internal democracy.

- Recognition of the King as Head of Government and symbol of a united Basotho.
- Constitutional supremacy, rule of law and autonomy of national institutions.
- Economic sovereignty through sustainable frameworks that benefit citizens and legal residents.
- Open membership for eligible people who accept Khanya's principles, policies and programmes.
- Leadership terms, succession rules and conference oversight are defined by the constitution.
Non-negotiable principles
The SeMoshoeshoe pillars remain the movement's moral and political foundation. Constitutional amendments require proper conference authority.
